Here's how it works


Quotation:



Notes to avoid any misunderstanding:

  1. We use MS word >> tools >>word count/character count to count the number of words or characters, (We exclude spaces from the character count).

    In the following explanation, words count applies for the English original documents that are to be translated into Japanese, and character count applies for the Japanese original documents that are to be translated into English, which you will be supplying with us.

  2. We charge you as shown in above table. To make it clear, there won't be such odd amount like:
    If the character count comes out to be 228, we would never calculate
    (10.00 / 300 x 228=7.60).
    It costs you US$10.00 / Euro10.00, period.

  3. In regard to the word count and character count, we would treat you as the customer, not a customer. Here is special treat for you:
    If the word/character count to the specific numbers that is set to set the prices, we would allow your price to include till the end of a sentence.

    For example, suppose your document ends at the 103rd words or 305 characters from the beginning, which is 3 words or 5 characters count in excess of US$10 quotation. If this case happen, we won't charge you US$20.00 for the exceeding three words.

    On the contrary, we will charge you US$10.00 if your words count ends at the 98 words or 32 words count. Yes, US$/Euro10.00 is the minimum charge.

  4. The preceding clause apply for the sentence that starts at 3 words or 5 characters ahead of the counter limit at each step.

    Let's say, if you start new sentence at 98th word count and ends;
    (case 1) at 103rd words (or 305th characters) from the beginning, we won't charge you for the exceeding 3 words and you pay us US$/Euro10.00
    (case 2) at 104th words (306th characters) from the beginning, we would charge you the excessive 4 words (6 characters) and your payment will be US$/Euro20.00

  5. The prices on the quotation table does not include proof reading. If you require it, we send you quotation upon receipt of your documents.

    It may be necessary if you were sending us long and complicated legal, medical, or technical documents. Otherwise, we have translators proof read their translation all by themselves and it should be good enough.

  6. If you require us to integrate SEO into Japanese translation, we can do so with the price of +30%. It includes the keyword search in Japanese. (It costs you US$/Euro13.00 for 100 words count and up based upon above quotation table)
  7. We translate sentences in the script/program language at the base price on the quotation table.
  8. We will write articles with your designated theme or keywords in both language. You have to specify your theme or keywords or both. We charge your 50% more than the cost of translation. It requires creativity, right? (Example: Price for "Japanese article with 300 characters / English article with 100 words= US$/Euro15.00")

How you order and when you will receive the translation.

We will send you back the translation within 30 - 60 minutes after confirmation of fund transfer to our account. Here's how;
  1. You can send your original documents from the form on this page or, send your request to our email: yinoway@gmail.com and kick off the Google chat so that we would know there's a request. If you do not see us respond to the Google chat signal, we may be out for lunch or taking break. It won't be any longer than 30 minutes.
    Please be patient a while, we will respond your chat any minutes.
    (Our working hour: 8:30 - 11:30 and 14:30 - 19:30 Japan standard time: GMT+9  Mon - Fri : If you are in London, our office hour is: 23:30 - 2:30 and 5:30 in the morning to 10:30 of your time. You'll get translation done while you are dreaming your success.)

    If you won't get our response for a few hours, it could happen for some reason, don't feel embarrassed or don't take us bad in anyway. We just cannot answer your request and we feel sorry for that. You can try us some other time. Nobody's perfect, y'know. Hey no bad guy tell you this, don't you think?

  2. We will send back the confirmation and estimated delivery time of the translation to your mail address as we confirm your payment. (The payment may be made in advance as escrow at MoneyBooker. They accept cancellation of escrow deposit by our=seller's agreement.)

  3. You send us the fund to the following accounts:

  4. We send you the confirmation of the receipt and the time stamp of it.

  5. Please be patient for another 30 - 60 minutes (for the 100 words or 300 characters documents) till you receive the translation to your email address and send you the Google chat opening comment saying "we have delivered".

    The estimated translation duration will be advised as the clause 2. describes.

  6. One final note. It is quite usual to translate 300 characters/100 words within 30-60 minutes. You have nothing to worry. Yet, It may take time till we start translation because of the steps of; your document submission, confirmation of our receiving it, counting characters/words, transmitting the fund and our confirmation of it.

    For this reason, the first transaction may not be completed within 30 -60 minutes. Besides, there is time difference. We need to sleep and you too, need to sleep but at your own time zone. So for now, it may be better to take it as the same day delivery service or faster than usual delivery service translation.) As both of us get acquainted with the process then the whole process may be completed faster than ever imagined.

    Then if we would consume 95 minutes at the first time, we hope that you would not yell at us "You Liar!" and give us a little while for the better result.
